Tom McCormack - RCC Properties ripoff did not give me a full deposit back on my appartment after I moved. He promised me $750 and only sent me $600. I hope he bought a soul with the money he stole from me. San Diego California

Tom McCormack bought my appartment complex and tried to set unreasonable rules. After doing some repairs to the exterior of the apartment complex he raised the rent $100.

After letting all of the tenants know that if they (including me) "did not like it we could just move", I moved. The previous management of the apartment complex promised me that I would get all of my deposit back because of the bad condition of the apartment when I moved in.

The previous management took pictures prior to me moving in. The new owner has these pictures and any written documentation. When asked for my forwarding address, he expressed that I would be getting $750.00 back from my deposit. He only sent me $600.00 with a written statement from him that there was nothing in my lease stating the condition of the apartment when I moved in. When he was contacted, he just said stop calling me on this number - you will never get any more money out of me.

He thinks that just because he has all this money, from all the properties that he owns that he can just treat other people with less money like they are dirt. I can not believe that a person as evil as he is, is allowed to conduct business especially in this manor. I hope he bought a soul with the money he stole from me.
