TOM SHAW VP.Ocean Canyon Properties Liar, Hypocrite, Scammer Tom Shaw Mislead and Lied to our faces texarkana Texas

 Tom Shaw VP of Sales @ Ocean Canyon Properties, Texarkana Texas has blatantly lied to his fellow employees, threatened them with violence and advised a sales manager to "slap the s**t" out of a female employee while she was out of the room. Because that is how he would "handle that situation"..This employee dared to answer a question and disagreed with Tom Shaw's opinion. This was witnessed by seven other employees. The other employees fearful of losing their jobs by speaking out, sat in scared silence. He (Tom Shaw) gets a pass from our CEO and CFO because of his drinking problem and known abuse of alcohol. He has taken a once great organization with a solid reputation, to the gutter. He has lied to the faces of possible members just to get the sale and then, once the contract is signed he refuses to answer any concerns of theirs. He pawns it off to underlings to handle the "HEAT" from all of our unhappy members. Now this alcoholic bully (TOM SHAW) has brought in a New Policy to Ocean Canyon Properties. We are no longer allowed to see socially (after work hours) fellow coworkers...Even to meet at our weekly bowling league. The problem is this, TOM SHAW is SLEEPING/DATING with a sales manager under him at the Albita Springs Resort!!! We have at least six managers at different levels dating coworkers. Yet they are excused. This rule applies to us regular employees. He made us sign papers saying we won't date coworkers. If we did not sign we would be terminated. He (TOM SHAW) is now the reason OCEAN CANYON PROPERTIES is being sued for violating labor laws and discrimination in two separate lawsuits by former employees. OCEAN CANYON PROPERTIES will soon be bankrupt when these ongoing and future suits are settled.
