i am landlord and want to evict the tenant for illegal sublease.some how i hat this attorney's door.he took 50,000 just retainer fees.after that i ask few times that you had file with court.he said yes i been filed with the court after 2 years passed find our he never file the paper with court on time.

next every other week he demand 30,000 that there will jury trial or i will dismissed the case.so been contiune taking money from my line of credit and giving to him.he reached 210,000 doller .when he demand 30,000 more from me on 2/25/09.then i demand him i want to go to the court when i find out i have no case because attrney never serve the proper notice

i like to warn people never ever go to this attorney. i lost my life saving money .watch them they are in small office husband wife work.there rent is no more than 300 dollers. but they are robber. they had robbed 70 years woman who has lost her house because paying to this attorney.
