We have been doing work for this company for a few years, the first year was okay. We were paid on time and built a working relationship with them. The second year we noticed a few invoice here and there were not being paid right away (this could have been because they were waiting on the tenants rent to pay for the repairs, I assumed) some went unpaid all together so I moved them over to 2016. During this time I still sent out emails to the company letting them know that they have not paid certain invoices. This year they stepped it up an few notches and didn't pay for several invoices and then they wouldnt responed to emails about the charges. from doing some reading on there customers, it appears that this is a habit for them. Alot of the reviews state that they would not repay money to the owners and tenants. I emailed the owner about the issue and he responded right away and mentioned he was glad I emailed him and that he would have someone take care of it right away. a month or two past with no word, they also quit using us as a provider. I emailed him again and he failed to respond the second time around. then a month later they emailed us to get some qoutes for service? why would they email for service when they owe over $3,600.00. My guess is thatthey are running out of companies to run over and they wanted to test the waters with us again to see if we would actually do the job. Either way we are a small company and we can't afford to pay there bills for them. when you figure up the cost of parts, fuel, tech expense, and office personel there isn't a large profit for the business. I guess they don't care just as long as they are making there money. I do wonder though for all the repairs that we do - the owner pays them and they pay us - this makes me wonder if these homeowners and tenants are being ripped off and that should be illegal.
