I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from TommyTerrifics.com in July 2012. I paid in a timely fashion and with enough time for them to be produced given the production timeframes the company provided. I explained that the shoes were for an important milestone birthday and birthday party.
I was told the shoes would be shipped 3 separate times before but were not. One of the reasons I was given was because of a delay when one of the pairs was made in the wrong size. I repeatedly explained how important it was for me to receive the shoes for the birthday. That deadline passed. I was then promised I would receive the shoes in time for the party 5 days later, but did not.
When I called to find out why the shoes were not overnighted as I was promised, I was yelled at and insulted by the business owner. He personally insulted me and complained that I contacted him on the weekend and on his personal cell phone. However, the number I called was the contact number on his website. He also stated that he hates talking to women because "they just repeat themselves." The majority of the shoes that he decorates are high heels for women. The conversation ended with the owner hanging up on me.
I reeived the shoes after the party and birthday party passed. There were several errors made on one of the pairs of shoes, for example the incorrect spelling of a name and the wrong wording that I requested on the shoe. I was very clear in my order for what I wanted on the shoe and was not contacted at all during the production to make sure they would be made correctly.
I was promised a refund of one of the pairs of shoes because of the gross delays and now am being told that he will not give me the refund. The unprofessionalism and personal insults displayed by this company are the worst I have ever encountered. In my email exchanges with the owner, he is abusive and is going back on his word to provide my refund. This is the worst display of customer service I have ever encountered.
