I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from in July 2012. I paid in a timely fashion and with enough time for them to be produced given the production timeframes the company provided. I explained that the shoes were for an important milestone birthday and birthday party.

I was told the shoes would be shipped 3 separate times before but were not. One of the reasons I was given was because of a delay when one of the pairs was made in the wrong size. I repeatedly explained how important it was for me to receive the shoes for the birthday. That deadline passed. I was then promised I would receive the shoes in time for the party 5 days later, but did not. 

When I called to find out why the shoes were not overnighted as I was promised, I was yelled at and insulted by the business owner. He personally insulted me and complained that I contacted him on the weekend and on his personal cell phone. However, the number I called was the contact number on his website. He also stated that he hates talking to women because "they just repeat themselves." The majority of the shoes that he decorates are high heels for women. The conversation ended with the owner hanging up on me. 

I reeived the shoes after the party and birthday party passed. There were several errors made on one of the pairs of shoes, for example the incorrect spelling of a name and the wrong wording that I requested on the shoe. I was very clear in my order for what I wanted on the shoe and was not contacted at all during the production to make sure they would be made correctly.

I was promised a refund of one of the pairs of shoes because of the gross delays and now am being told that he will not give me the refund. The unprofessionalism and personal insults displayed by this company are the worst I have ever encountered. In my email exchanges with the owner, he is abusive and is going back on his word to provide my refund. This is the worst display of customer service I have ever encountered.

Marlon Clark is my hero

This webpage is disgusting and you should all be ashamed of yourselves, especially Elisa who has done nothing but slander the reputation of a great man. Marlon Clark of Tommy Terrifics goes above and beyond to make his customers happy and I can prove it. I have several pairs of Tommy Terrifics shoes sitting happily in my closet as we speak, all perfect in every way and all received in an extremely timely fashion. I recommend Tommy Terrifics to all my friends and stand by the product so much I have made it part of the most important day of my life, my wedding day! I suggest you get the facts straight before you accuse such an amazing man of such ludicrous wrong doing. I will continue to Tommy On and I hope Mr. Clark will do the same because he certainly doesn't deserve this.

     I am the owner and operator of the company that was wrongfully accused of these acts. i have no reason to lie or fabricate the truth for anyone . If you really know my company or me you would know that is impossible. i would never act like that . i can prove that these allegations are wrong. 

    The woman that did this was very irate with reason . Like i said i have to be honest about this eventhough she added lies to her story to make me look bad. There are some people that will hide behind the anonymous veil and make up things because they didnt get their way. She is 100% correct about her getting one of her shoes late . We had to order that shoe and i produced it as soon as i got it in . unfortunately it was shipped the day of the event. she is not lying about that part. 

    I apologized to no avail. she tried screaming her points over and over and over until i tried to come to a resolution. i told her that i would reimburse her for the cost of the shoe and she didnt want to pay even for the one that she got on time. nothing would calm her down. My business successful runs off my word and if you read my page or come on my site and ask anyone of my customers they would gladly tell you that i never act in this manor. 

    I even told her that if she would keep talking to me in that manner that she could send them both back and i would reimburse her . she demanded and screamed and yelled and told me that my shoes werent worth it but she wouldnt send them back. she hung up on me . i called her several times on saturday and even left two messages. i have heard nothing back from her. if she was dissatisfied with the shoes she has not answered the phone or responded at all after writing this slanderous message on here.

    Elisa you didnt have to do this . this will hurt my business and i work so hard and this is so unfair . At least tell the truth. You know that you can hide behind this vehicle and hide your name and i cant do a thing about it. I have to pay someone to remove this in the thousands . Anyone can do this and damage a good business because some customers will not read as far as my response and thats just not right. 

    I am asking you in front of the world to return our calls . Lets be adults and resolve this matter and clear my name because its imperative that i do things right . I apologized to you for the delay . Millions of companies make mistakes. I am man enough to come on here and admit . At least give me a chance to make it right . I dont care what it takes . i just want you to admit that you lied about me saying that about women because i didnt say that and its kinda funny when my whole entire business runs off the relationships i have with all the women on my page and you are the only person in the world that has a negative report? . I have addressed them and i have addressed you. There are thousands of women that will sign a petition against this allegation .

    You shouldnt yell at grown men on their off day and scream and yell like that . That was totally unfair to me being as though i am not 7 years of age. I forgive you just do the right thing. It may have been easy for you to fabricate some of the things you said but i have to pay for this  . If you dont do something about this you will leave me no choice but to sue you for slander . My lawyer has been trying to contact you but of course you wont answer the phone.  You hid your name but i will try until this is cleared up. I will say that it is unfortunate that we cant sue Ripoff Report because they arent liable and we cant sue you because you just can lie and hide. Do the right thing please . I have kids and i dont deserve this .
