I took a $1000 dollar computer here to sent from FL to AZ, paid this place  to pack my package, and to ship it via UPS. The package was destroyed. A total loss. UPS investigated, and have said the packing was insufficient to avoid damage. Mind you this guy GAVE me this letter, even when when it says right on my receipt that he packed my shipment! Not too bright, I'm taking him to small claims court, and turning UPS in for insurance fraud.
