Toms Painting Refuses to provide bill of sale for painting, refuses to supply codes used in mixtures Queen Creek Arizona

why is it that your company does not pay the employee's what they are owed? i worked for your company for 4 day's and only got paid for 1 DAY ! thats not right and Tom should pay the employee's ON the book's 50.00 a day for up to 9 hour's a day is not really fair.....i agreed to work for that sum as i was desperate for work and Tom took advantage of that fact and then refused to pay me what i was owed because i waled off the job after being called a retard , dumb a*s . a*****e and a few other choice word's .......i was accused of being on drug's because i was sweating alot on the job .....i am on medication that makes me sensitive to sun light and i end up sweating alot .......when Tom was told this i was then accused of being drunk on the job....I DON'T DRINK !!! I am allergic to alcohol .....this was the worst company i have ever worked for but I go back to my original question why do you not pay your employee's Tom's painting ?

WE completed work on Gloria from Florence's job on3/21/07 she requested paint code for her records I told her it would be few days as they were on a job out of town she repeatly called and i spoke with her numerous times. which phone records can attest to.Tom went to see her and then back to sherwin williams to obtain paint formula he returned gave her the print out of formula on adhesive sticker to be applied to touch up paint she was left.

We proudly stand behind the work done for her and have many years experience and can supply anyone with references attaining to quality and honesty we are a family bussiness.We are awaiting th registar of contractor inspection on the work Gloria contacted them on 4/1/07 and filed this report on 3/28/07 .We truly hope this situation can be resolved because our reputation is very important to us,and also would like to see Gloria satisfied.
