TomTop Addstore Got off easy compared to other reports here when eBay stepped in to get a full refund Huanan City Other-Pinghu

Writing this so people should be aware that TomTop sells under the name Addstore on eBay. Purchased a toy accordian and attached a msssssssg to seller telling the date I had to have the item by. Got notification my item had shipped on the day I ordered it. Checking traccking it showed only a shipping label had been generated and not picked up. Next day the item still had not been picked up and when I sent a msg to Addstore an auto reply came back saying Addstore will be out until Monday which would have allowed only 2 days for my item to arrive from CA to GA with them paying standard shipping. Realizing it wouldn't be shipped until monday and would not arrive in time I found another vender who promised delivery by that Monday. Canceled the Addstore order and sent 3 messages explaining why i had canceled and not to send the item. Addstore ignored the cancellationa and messages not to send and received the item anyway. Instigated a return with eBay to which they supplied no return shipping label. Sent 2 messages requesting they supply me with a shipping label and got a reply saying they would accept the return for parcial refund. Second request for return label got a message back asking if I wanted them to send another accordion. Became obvious either they were stalling or couldn't read and understand plin English. Called eBAy customer service and explained the situation and they had me a full refund from TomTop in 24 hrs. When I saw that the refund was from TomTop googled them and found multiple complaints under TomTop scam. My recommendation is not to purchase from addstore on eBay.
