Toni Difulco who uses and sells illegal steroids Cialis Viagra, is also scamming people with useless weight loss supplements. He and his wife Wendy who pretends to be a nurse.
They have been doing this now for years.
They are a couple of uneducated people.
They buy products for around $50. and sell to us the public for $470.
They also have sold several franchises to unsuspecting innocent investors.
They are now being investigated.
The pharmacy board and medical board have already investigated them once.
If you have ever purchased anyhting from Toni or Wendy Difuclo you can call them and demand an immediate refund. If they do not then file a report with the Attorney General's office.
The nursing board has been informed of Wendy's unethical and illegal activites, which is why her nursing license was revoked.

This report was written by Emile Bouari the former owner of Bouari clinic. Who was sued by his franchisees for fraud. He files these fraudulent reports and does not use his own name because these statements are false and libelous.
Now to the facts.
We have never sold anything but all natural weight loss out of our clinic and have never sold Hcg let alone any of the other products we have been accused of.
I am in fact a nurse in the state of Louisiana and my license is in good standing with the state board of nursing.
The only person to commit fraud on any level was emile bouari and his wife. unlike any of the accusations here. The lawsuits are a matter of public record.
We are not being investigated by any governing body.
Our programs and pricing structure for our products and services are in line with similar programs througout the nation.
