They are unprofessional and I don't recommend going to them. My daughter had an appointment to bleach and color the tips of her hair blue. She had asked for an estimate prior and they gave her a range of $50-65. She was there for 4 hours. Three people worked on her hair and had to bleach it twice. In the end, the blue still did not turn out right. They then had the audacity to charge her $80 for a job not well done. I wasn't with her then or else I would've stopped her, but I called as soon as she got home and all they could say was sorry and that their manager would be in the next day. I talked with the store manager and they said since she had signed an informed consent, there was nothing they could do. First off, whey would you let a young girl sign a consent without her parent and secondly let her use a credit card without asking for ID or who the card belonged to. They have some sketchy business ethics. Cause of the transition already done and he have me talk to district manager.  I called twice @ 11:30 and 12:00pm and still haven't heard back from her yet.
