On Nov.21, 2010 Tony Haugen signed a contract to replace the roof on my house and garage, he asked me for money as a partial payment, so I handed to him a check issued from my ins. company for the amount of $4,129.28. Tony never did the job but, kept the money. I took the case to the Polk Court in Crookston, he was called twice, he didn't show up. So, the Honorable Judge Kurt J. Marben signed on September 20th. the order of Judgement on Claim and Counterclaim against Tony.
Tony asked a second party to cash the chk. a person named Leif O. Haugen. Tony has moved from his original address, now is believed he moved with his parents at (((REDACTED)))
