Tony Stellato, Watch out for this man, he's a BAD Landlord Scappoose Oregon

This landlord Tony & Marlene Stellato are bad landlords. Tony has made sexual comments to me while I was living there. I ended up getting a Stalking Order against Tony, and he broke the order a few times and resulted in him getting arrested. Tony had rented the downstairs apartment of his 3 story house to my husband and myself. Tony & my husband where automotive partners. My husband went away and not even a week later Tony was ALL over me and making sexual remarks to me. I had found him in my part of the apartment with out my permission as well, I had awoken to him standing over me watching me sleep. He said he had to have access all the time to my apartment which I stated NO to but he continued to let himself in. I had left my apartment a few times and came home to him being in there doing GOD KNOWS WHAT. I ended up getting the stalking order against him as I felt unsafe and I had no where to go at that time.

I payed him rent the whole time I lived there and he has stated on his own report against me that I never did pay rent, or his wife Marlene stated so, which made me believe that he never told his wife that we payed the rent and he kept the money for himself. I new that she never new the correct amount of rent we payed as I was there when he told my husband to never mention the rent amount to his wife EVER. We had rented part of the shop up there and Tony ended up blocking our part of the shop and even locked us out of it, which he has been arrested for that as well.

Tony would not pay the water bill or electricity bill and it would be shut off and so I would have to call and report it to the courts as it was a violation against the stalking order,as there where other conditions with the order that he can and can not do, and once again he got into trouble for that. I think his wife Marlene never had a clue about any of the stuff that was really going on.

Tony also gave me his AAA card to use, and after I filed the order against him he reported me for identity theft and tryed to press charges against me for it, but I was able to prove my case. When you move off of the property he will to keep what ever he can of yours. He got ahold of our title to our tow truck and put it in his name without our permission,and signed my signature on the tilte to transfer it into his name, which there is a case pending on that matter. He has also sold 2 other cars which my husband and Tony where partners on and where suppose to split the money 50/50 and sold them without us knowing about it and kept the money. But he would enter our apartment while we where gone and take the car titles and put them in his name, or trick me into giving the title to him so he can go and put tags on the car and that is how he would also get his hands on the title, which we would end up finding out about, but then my husband went away and they where in his name or Tony's name so I couldnt do anything about it, as I had no real proof that they bought the cars together. My husband would go to actions and purchase the cars and repair them and Tony was suppose to do the body work and at times he wouldnt even touch them and was still going to get his halk, but he ended up taking that from us once again. I have to wait for him to come home, which is here shortly to pursue this matter more with the courts.

I have know of other peoples cars being up there that Tony was suppose to work on for them and he would end up not repairing them and they would sit there for ever, and as there was a gate at the bottom of the driveway people couldbnt get up there to cliam there cars, and Tony wouldnt EVER answer his phone, so it would end up looking like Tony was trying to keep them, which before I moved out I called some of the car owners as I would look in the car for there information and let them know that I was moving out off of the property and if they chose to come and remove there cars I would let them up on rthe property. In fact I have a girlfriend who's Bronco is still up there and she cant get ahold of Tony and its been since 2006 that the car is sitting up there.There was one dealership that couldnt get his new car as Tony had that car locked up on his side of the shop with "OUR" Tow Truck as well and we werent allowed in there, and Tony had it totally blocked off and locked up.

Tony is a theif and a pervert and claims he is disabled and cant read when he really can, dont let him fool you at all he can. If he gets the chance alone with you he will make SEXUAL comments or try to be a friend to you for his benefit and then end up screwing you over at some point of the friendship. Be aware of TONY STELLATO he is a strange old man, and really has nothing more to do in his life than screw people over, and all he does is lay around or fake having heart attacks, or fakes his asthma attacks to get out of trouble some how. "Just be careful around this man"
