The more I continue to go into this online, the more it keeps this long and drawn out drama alive, everything should be settled in a court of law, if there was a court that would even view this as a case.

This has become a situation Melody Fee, that is unexeptable!

This site also has pages and pages of suits and people disputing it because rip off report does not validate any story posted nor will they look at evidence and proof of false accusations. It is simply a public forum called rip off reports I am sure some things are accurate but I do feel bad for those of us who have no means of defense.

This is time consuming and costly, to play these games.

All I can do is urge any potential client to please do the research on this company and my company anywear else on the world wide web. After over a decade in bussniess and hundreds of happy clients our reputation comes down to this site that exploits us. Ed Magedson is an other name to google as the owner of this site, that would not only allow false reports to be posted but promote them through SEO marketing.

If we were anything remotely close to what has been written in this, I would be open to talking about it, but this is, at this point pure fraud!

Please Google Melody Fee and Bill Fee the people who posted this you will find they have been jailed for fraud in the past.

Melody Fee and Husband whom I have never become aquainted with except for one meeting in 2004.

 I was approched by Tony Plowden owner of a children's clothing company in 2004 to help create from an idea, from that point we worked night and day to develop prototypes, making samples, testing, adhearing to safty guidlines, and creating a product that we named The Baby Pod US, We developed logos, websites, and marketing materials, and between the two of us had over $30,000 invested in the develoment process of The Baby Pod.

 We reached a final and original pattern and design, Later in 2004.

 I was introduced at that point to Melody Fee the woman who won't even sign her name to this file. As a person who had a investor with the capital to get the product national distribution, for a percentage of the comapany, Mr. Plowden and Gemma Booker worked and developed all stages of the comapny plan to the investors and incured all costs of idea, design and development.

The Fee's were acting as brokers. The investment did not come through and the product did not move forward. After this a couple years had gone by and Gemma Booker and Tony Plowden had no working relashionship after 2004 and actually Mr. Plowder has been out of contact since 2004. Mrs. Booker tried to contact Mr. Plowden at the inset of the harassment of Mrs. Fee to get a better understanding of the Fee's motive. Mr. Plowden explained about the Fee's drug addiction and addiction to alcohol and said to ignore it, that they were known for being excentric.

Mrs. Booker remainded the owner of all original Baby Pod Designs and products and so to regain investment costs of somesort on a dead product, she made an agreement to sell the original idea's and designs along with marketing package to IRMUS managment owner of Bliss linens for an agreeed upon amount of only $10,000 plus 10% of future sales this is $20,000 less the original investment upfront.

After producing 20 pc. samples made in the USA in Santa Ana, California and showing the product to buyers at the largest kids show in the US to see how the product would do, Gemma was paid $1,000 out of the $10,000 promised and the rest would be paid out after shipping of sold goods.

Mrs. Booker after working for IRMUS  in design, was never paid anything towards this agreement after shipmnet or any commission on any sales made as agreed to by the company and found many huge wholes with managment in that company and gave letter of resignation in 2006, Due to NOT being paid, and lack of managment and managment Amit Kocher claiming her work as his own.

Mrs. Booker was never fired from this company or any company for that matter ever.

Mrs. Booker has done exceptional work in the juvenile industry, and has over 40 clients to date that would give refrence, if needed by well known brands, in this niche market.

Melody Fee, If sheeven had the capasity to have a logical conversation regarding this matter we would not have to take this to court but Mrs. Fee is mentally ill and needs a doctors attention, No money have ever been made from this product, The fee's never provided an investor and were never due anything, It has been seven years since Mrs. Booker was made introduction to the fee's and Mrs. Booker is not involved in whatever it is you are claiming.

You will be served within 3 weeks from this date, on many accounts, and you will also be forwarded with any fines that have been incurred, including time to have to deal with these things, possible loss of clients, effect on our company, reputation, and mental damages.

We believe you are either bitter, completely fabricating this, or have no clue what you are talking about the only other option is to think you have no clue how manufacturing works and what a broker is, going over concepts and giving opinions during the design of a product does not make you a designer, and a deal was never made with and investor and so we had and have no grounds to work together.

Please also do some reserch thier are 6 children's companies making versions of this same product you are talking about since we launched it in 2005.

During a passed business  project   in 2004/2005  Gemma Touchstone and Tony Plowden were  invited guess to work on a business plan to help launch a new baby product that had been in RD for 8 years. Soon  after a private investor meeting where  Gemma  and Tony were in attendance all contact was lost with Gemma and Tony. Attempts where made by phone and emails  to bring about what was going on.  Finally, communication   was made only to be told by Gemma  to   "stop  harassing  her  or action will have to be taken. And I do not know what you are talking about. This is my baby product I invented it."

Gemma and Tony wrongfully acquired the baby product without my  consent. Gemma and Tony interfered with my  patent pending, stole my patterns , started manufacturing and  distributing baby product by  themselves.  She is so pro in her field at plagiarism  copying  and pasting  over orginal documnets, that she was able to sell my baby product to Matthews Williams owner of   Bliss Linens. She was fired for stealing the baby product from the Bliss Linens warehouse. Currently, Bliss Linens is selling my product well informed it was stolen from me by Gemma Touchstone. thenestingpod.com. Gemma is bold-face lier, theft and bamboozler.  Gemma Touchstone will take private ideals   and actively pursues as a goal for herself. She has no Ethics.
