Tony Srivastava Scam Artist, thieve Diamond Bar California

I took these two scoundrels to court. In a trial held on Monday January 5, 2009 in Pomona Court, Ca. the Hon'ble Judge Anthony Peters in case # 08S01068 slammed his judgement against these two retarded lunatic bozos. These two morons lied and confused the judge but he still figured out who are the scam artist and thief. Now its official Jenny Martinez and Mike Lau are crooks, liars, cheats and a disgrace on society. They lied that some of the photos that showed the damage to my property were from some other house and that confused the poor judge otherwise he would have further crucified these scoundrels to the wall. They lied to the Judge and told him that I OKed over the phone to have pit bulls (imagine OK to have two pit bulls on my property) and they paid for my homeowners insurance? I felt sorry for the Judge; he never had to deal with such low life trailer park trash.

If these folks had even one iota of brain they would apologize to me and my wife for disturbing our peace. Imagine the dude brings two pit bulls on my property, first he said these are outdoor then one day to my horror he said these are indoor dogs. By the way I do not hate dogs, just not on my property. Jenny told me the water is very expensive so we will let the lawn die? They left stuff in the pool that stained the pool floor. He chopped off the top left edge of the main door since it was not closing? No need for my permission. Jenny was so rude to me and then later using her favorite "F" word. They think they should be able to get away with all this. Actually they might have, if they had not posted on this website and been rude to me. Hope fully this will teach them a lesson, I doubt it though. Folks like these only look at others and they are never at fault themselves. Everyone else is bad and they are good. I have learnt my lesson, I'd rather have no tenants than the wrong ones, and so now screening is more stringent. No more bozos who can't afford the place. If these two were truthful and told me that they had total three dogs I would not have rented to them and they would not be in this hot soup. Now credit screwed for 7 years.

The worst part of this whole circus is this crazy website ripoffreport, even though I took my accuser to court and won but they will still not remove this posting. The owner of this website claims he is fighting for truth, so now the truth is known take this posting down. False and malicious insults are not free speech.

I just wanted to say that I was wrong for includingTony's wife, and saying she did not work. I spoke without knowing the facts.

I rented this afore mentioned beautiful house on a hill in Diamond Bar and enjoyed it every day, I got a job in Orange county and had to move. I lived in this house for five years and no matter when and what I needed Tony, the Landlord was always ready to help. The pool pump broke down and he had it replaced the next day. It was amazing.

He never called or bothered us or came by to check on us. we just mailed our rent and when we moved he did not deduct a penny from my deposit.

Not even cleaning or for minor riff rafs. He said that since I lived for five years every thing fell under normal wear and tear. I was impressed by his honesty.

It is shocking that web sites like ripoffreport.com allow any one to write any thing about any one without verification and allow such slander and demeaning headlines. Incredible that this goes on in broad daylight.

Mike Lau & Jenny Martinez rented my beautiful hilltop house with a pool/spa and a panoramic view ( check house in Zillow.com) and did not reveal that they have two pit bulls when signing the lease. They could not afford the house so they had to bring a friend Hua Chen to co-sign. Hua Chen (tel # 818-355-0331) used a mediator and paid me $ 1600 towards all the damage caused to my house over and above the security deposit. These two refused to pay and Jenny Martinez used the "F" word on the phone and harassed me.

The two pit bulls destroyed the yard, chewed the sprinklers, valves, pool vacumm,
knobs, skimmer basket cover and peed all over the new carpet in the house. The lease requires them to water the lawn but when the dogs messed up the sprinklers they let the lawn die and due to heavy jumping the yard became hard. The landscaping is $ 4000 alone. Then they left iron objects/ items or toys in the pool causing extensive stains at the pool bottom, that requires the pool to be drained out, re-painted and filled again. With the pool cleaner and all labor the damage was more than $ 2500. They got the house with fresh paint and carpet. With three dogs that peed all over the carpet it was impossible to breathe. The carpet man said that the urine had seeped into the padding and the carpet had to be replaced. The paint had smears and spots and scrathes all over the three bed rooms. In short these low life scoundrels tricked me into renting this house to them. If they told me they had 3 dogs I would not even talk to them. They destroyed the landscaping, pool, carpet and the paint costing me more than 12k.

My wife is a Doctor at Kaiser and I run a hedge fund, we are gainfully employed. I also owned three businesses that I sold in 2006 and had more than 12000 customers in 20 years. I also filed to run for the Governor of California but backed out when Arnold filed. I have a Master's in Business and Organinc Chemistry. It is a shame that websites like ripoff.com allow such listings to be posted with no verification.
