In mid-December, 2014, I met Tonya in a small Wisc town to get my new puppy, after I had contacted Tonya per an ad in the Rochester newspaper for a Teddy Bear breed, Yorkie mix, hyperallergenic, 11 week old female.  A friend rode with me to pick up the puppy.  I was estatic.  I had lost me first dog, 1&1/2 yrs old, just a few months earlier.  Tonya did exactly as I have been reading in other stories:  meet her in this town, no - this other town, etc.  She just plunked the puppy in my friends lap, grabbed the cash, $350,and took off, as she was "going south for three months.  On the way back to Rochester, we had to open windows as the poor little puppy smelled so bad, as a barn would smell.  I looked her over good at home, and discovered the whites of her inside eyes were litterally blood red from hairs scratching them.  She also kept itching her ears.  I took her to the vet the next day where it was discovered that she had a deep ear infection, that took until just recently to clear up.  Tonya also said the puppy was hyperallergenic.  I am very allergic to dogs and cats, and my allergies have been acting up since I got "Annie," my beautiful little puppy.  By now, I love this little creature dearly and won't give her up at this point. So, she's still at it!  I am thinking of taking her to court.  Do Not Buy a Pet From Her!!
