Tony's retired pellegrino after taking $100 (down payment) then he said its finished give me $60.oo more. bike was never fixed. keeps telling me a part is coming from china on a slow boat.  miami Florida

i'm a senior, retired and diasbled thet electric bike was the only way i had to get around. i cant walk due to knees. its been more than 30 days

i brought my electric bike to tony's   on 1152 sw 8 street in miami fl 33130   

he took my bike saying he knew exactly what it needs.   took $100oo down  called me in 2 days said "finished,  bring another  $60.oo  because it took him 6 hours.    i ran to atm and gave the sixty dollars.    i carried no heavy battery.   i went home and put my battery in. IT NEVER WENT ON.    just like  before.   SAME THING.    note i have 3 batteries and had them checked   THEY ARE GOOD.

after this he mocks me and tells me the part is on a slow boat from china.     i just turned 70 and i'm disabled and he knew my only means of transportanton was my electric bike.    he even tried to sell me another electric bike for anothetr 600

never used my credit card b/c he always demanded cash
