I used this service once before for a short time. Had a conversation with owner/Charles Glassey about possibly trying it again, however I decided against it. He sent me an authorization form to sign if I wanted to re-join, but I did not sign the authorization. Then I noticed that he had charged my credit card before he even sent me the authorization form to sign. When I discovered the charge on my AM EX and called him to find out why he got all bent out of shape then wrote me to say he would refund my money.........but he never did. I contacted AM EX and the BBB to intervene.

That's fine because I know this client and there is definitely two sides to this story. We provided annuity prospect's to this individual and she reported to us that she had made a sale. She says she used the services for a short time when in fact she used all of the prospect's we provided. One Annuity commission more than pays for the Cost of our services several times over. Because she made a sale she called me and had to have more prospect's right this minute. So with her verbal approval I charged her Amex card and then sent her the paperwork. Something I normally do not do. When she saw the charge she challenged the charge without contacting us. When we saw the charge we did not dispute the charge and she was immediately refunded her monies. This from my perspective is a case of no good deed goes unpunished. So I suppose she did decide against it but her remarks are quite misleading since we have proof she made a sale from her first order and she chose to reorder. I have tried to reach out to this individual to correct this post and others she made and since she chooses to not do so I will assert my rights and Persue a defamation lawsuit.
