Top Dog Groomers gave my dog a TICK and shaved and burned her paws and cut her whiskers!!! Pensacola, Florida

I took my lhasa apso mix puppy (barely 1 year old) to Top Dog Groomers to get her first cut. When they went to put her in the kennel in the back she refused to go so I offered to help. They had dog carriers stacked on top of each other and inside the carriers were what looked like dirty towels. i was a little nervous but left her there to be groomed. I left instructions for her to be trimmed and to have nailpolish applied to her claws. When I picked her up her toes had been shaved and they hed clipper burns on them and they had used the wrong color and tried to cover it up with the right color but did a horrible job trying to conceal it.  They cut her whiskers and her flea and tick collar was removed and not returned or replaced. The WORST part was that I found a TICK on my dogs neck this evening.  I know it came from that place due to the fact that I live around the woods and only recently (about 5 months ago) bought her a flea and tick collar out of fear of her getting a tick. She had never had a tick before, this was mainly a precautionary choice.  The collar removed yesterday was only 2 weeks old.  I urge everyone to avoid these people. They were very nice but they have problems with their business that need to be corrected before handling anyone else's animals.
