He puts ads on the internet in many different cities that look like this. He says pay half now and pay the other half in 2 weeks but you NEVER see your trade lines post AT ALL!!! He is a COMPLETE SCAM and needs to but thrown in Jail for FRAUD! Casper Wyoming

William Shannon (newhireonecallcare@gmail.com) is a SCAM artist who runs a make shift company named TOP-NOTC TRADELINES. He runs ads on the internet to bait you in that look like this! At first when I responded to his ad he had the name of the company on there, however he has sense took that off of the ads and now he tries to run these ad without his company name because I am sure that he has SCAMMED many other people. He says you can pay upfront 1/2 of the cost of his trade lines and it will post in 10 business days which is 2 weeks and you can pay the othe half. HOWEVER, you WILL NOT see ANY tradelines both AU or PRIMARY on your file at all because all this guy does is LIE!!! The ads look like this...... PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS GUY, HE IS A THEIF WHO NEEDS TO BE THROWN IN JAIL FOR FRAUD!!!!
