This place is a scam. They perform un-necessary surgery on patients so they can bill the insurance company and collect hundreds of thousands of dollars. More specifically, for every weight loss candidate, they perform an ultrasound of abdomen and then remove the gallsbladder with absolutely no indication. This is NOT standard of care in medical community. NO ONE should undergo surgery and knife without a proper indication.

The owners of the practice, Drs. Julian and Michael Omidi have lost their medical license. So they have hired other doctors to work for them. Their facility is not accredited or certified. They lost their certification and thus they keep on changing the name of their place to skip the authorities. Many doctors have left their practice.

They have bombarded Southern California with radio commercials, bill boards, and ads. One of the medical companies (Realize Band) do not even sell gastric band to them because these doctors are not legitimate.

They fake medical records and medical history in order to get insurance companies authorize the lap band surgery. They place patients with no high blood pressure on mulitiple hypertension medications so they can proove that the patient has uncontrolled blood pressure; this will help them authorize the surgeries.

 The surgery will save your life but in the hand of properly trained group of doctors.
