I purchased the ih1500b heater and placed it on an inside wall to heat the house, but after 15-20 minutes later it shut off and never came back on again. I unplugged it and replugged it back in and turned it back on but it didn't work. I tried it on another outlet and it worked. I came to realized that it burned up my 110v outlet and all the outlets on that wall as well. I have had all the outlets on that wall tested and none of them work now because of that heater.

I called the company and got tons of excuses and run arounds. I asked for a refund or a replaced heater, they stated no. I requested to speak with a supervisor and got Mr. O'Brian, he was very rude and said they would send me a return tag but I have never received it. I called back again and asked for a return tag and again he state they will send another one, again it did not show up.

I purchased this $379 heater on my credit card because propane was so high to heat my home. I have to make monthly payments on something I can not use.
