Top Tier Roofing, Restoration & Construction FRAUDULENT COMPANY: Completed 200 Sq Ft of work, paid in full and will not return to complete job Arlington Texas

Signed a contract in June 2016 with Top Tier Roofing & Construction for full replacement of roof. Paid the company $7000 as a down payment on the service.

After 5 months of no work completed and many calls, the company came and completed only a 500 sq ft section of my roof. It took them 2.5 days of solid work to complete this part of the service.

They then requested the remained of the payment for the completion of the job. The money was signed over (another $9000) and they never returned. It is now January 2017 with no work done on the roof. 

The owner goes by two last names: Karsten Kennedy and Karsten Pappas and uses two addresses, one a business location and the other a residence.

Communication with the owner, Karsten, will only communicate by texting and at that, his answers are very short. He will not return calls. He makes various excuses for not completing the job: weather, too busy with other jobs, father ill with Alzheimer's, identity theft, etc...

This company is working in Texas and in Oklahoma. Reports on BBB are all the same story.
