I ordered an outdoor bed from Topgrill. When the shipping company they subcontracted tried to deliver it, the bed would not fit in the service elevator of my building and would not break down into smaller components. So the shippincompany any took it back. That was months ago. Now the shipping company tells me that it is just sitting on its loading dock and Topgrill will not return its calls. Topgrill also will not return my calls. So now I have paid them thousands of dollars but they have not delivered a product.
