Bought a defective or perfectlynormal Torin jack did not know this company has very bad reviews an refuses warranty I had reciept did a claim form only asked for a diffrent / better jack after the one they sold me failed on me they wontevenrefundmy money or send me thesame crapback so I can sell it on ebay no apology no refund no replacement the craps made in china is it neglect orthey really trying to kill us wheresmyjack torin wheres my money? why did you try to kill me? do you hate americans? a 2 ton jack shouldnt fail on a tiny a** car!!!ever not even in 5 years
I HAVE MY RECIEPT IT HAS ONLY BEEN 2 DAYS FAILED THE FIRST DAY I BOUGHT IT WHY ARE YOU NOT REFUNDING ME OR REPLACING MY d**n JACK! I CALLED x3 was given run around you have all the paperwork was told that nothing could be done call back later.
