Tornado Office Systems still ripping people off Do not give them the time of day!! Dardanelle Arkansas

I find it hard to believe there are people out there that take such advantage of others. As soon as I got off of the phone with 'Shannon Cooley' a rep for Tornado Office Systems, I knew something was up.

When the supplies arrived that I had ordered, I decided to do absolutely nothing with them until the invoice arrived.

Just as I was afraid of, we were not charged as quoted by Shannon. For example, I purchased 2 gross of bic pens which totaled 24 boxes of 12 pens per box. I was told each box would be .39. I was billed for 288 pens at .39 each for a total of $112.32.

This was a total mis-representation!! We have refused payment and will do nothing with the shipment until Tornado sends shipping labels to return their items.

Let this be a lesson, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is!!!!
