toshiba inefficiency concerning warranty repairs internet
toshiba wants me to send in my laptop battery plus $103 to see why it will not hold a charge.My computer is still under their warranty.What if something else is wrong?They are potentially taking me out of service for over a month.Their customer rep. did not speak clear english and was not courteous.Unless they make things right we need to collect ourselves for legal actions.
