Total Call International ripoff, deceiving, fraud, poor customer service Los Angeles California

This company advertises great low domestic and international rates and quality of service. However, once your long distance phone service is switched to their network you experience static calls, dropped calls, echoes, etc. Furthermore, every month many customer's will call and report they have multiple charges on their statements and it's all the same call with the same date and time.

The quality on international calls is horrible. For the most part you will experience some kind of interruption on international calling. they also sell calling cards which are even a bigger scam. They advertise low rates per minute but when you attempt to use the calling card the first time around you will experience dead air, or dropped calls.

When you attempt to use the card a second time you will get a message that states there are no remainging minutes. The companies resolution to the customer for this is "READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE BACK OF THE CARD". They claim a calling card is a non-refundable due to the fact that many card users are one-time customer's.

I know this because I used to supervise the customer service dept. within the company and just could not continue to see people whom are getting ripped off. They spend their hard earned money on the companies product only to realize they are not getting what they paid for.
