Pretty short and sweet. I called them out to reconnect the duct to my HVAC system that was partially knocked off. I say it was partially knocked off because I saw it and the system was cooling, it was just blowing cold air out under the house as well. The technicial did not fix the duct, but instead told me my compressor was broken and gave me an estimate for several thousand dollars to fix it.
Once the tech left, the system never worked again. I called another HVAC company to get a second opinion. They called me out to show me the unit within 5-10 minutes of arriving. They showed me that the reason that nothing was working anymore is that the wires had been cut to the compressor motor and the condensor I think it is called. But the funny thing is, my unit had not been serviced in 5 years, but it had a brand new capacitor on it as well.
I have no idea why they installed a new capacitor and then proceded to cut all of the wires. When I called them, they told me it was my word against theirs and to basically go get screwed. After using them I feel like I already have been screwed.
These guys are cheats, I would never recommend them.
