Total Contracting & roofing ripoff Hollywood Florida

Signed a contract to replace all 9 windows and a double sliding doors.7-31-04 Deposited $3325.00, total cost $6650.00 The windows except one which has not been replaced and doors were finally installed 10-27-04 additional$1500.00 deposit. The windows have a spiral balance to slide and hold open the windows.

This is non existance. The windows are difficult to open and do not stay open. Most likely seconds. Missing 3 window screens.

There is one sliding door. Told the contractor Tom that I needed two sliding doors installed,he said that the factory only makes one door.

Called the factory and they do make two sliding doors. The cost is about $15.00 difference. There is 3/4 inch lip from the door track sticking up above the floor. Health hazzard.
