I bought their internet security online. I sent in my rebate forms, They issued my rebate in the form of an AMEX gift card. 1 day after the 60day reutrn period they revoked my rebate, after I had spent 8$ of the 60$ rebate. When i call they told me I need to resubmit the entire paper work, including the UPC from the software package. They don't allow you to submit photocopies, but they are in posession of my original UPC.

They stole my 52$ AND now they wont answer my calls at the customer service call center.
