My first experience with Total Hearing was a complete con. I was lied to and cheated. Then later the first problem was corrected, but after that the lies kept coming. I spent a ton of money on hearing aids and have a constant problem with them. The answer I get from them is the company that makes them never heard of the problem and will not fix them. Them another problem with a device that I was told would work just like any other Bluetooth device through the aids DOES NOT, after two years of complaining about the problem the answer I get for these people is I have to buy the newer model. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, CROOKS AND CONS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
