Touch of Modern Failed to deliver products during time frame they promise, ignored online inquiries. internet CA

 My order from Touch of Modern did not arrive during the time frame they gave. I inquired several times online, but got no response until I called. During the phone conversation the customer service representative said it "looks" like these items have already shipped and that he would email me a tracking number.  On the contrary, the email said "it looks like these will be shipped today or tomorrow." Apparently Touch of Modern is lax in meeing its timeline in delivering orders. They gave me no explanation why my order hadn't even been shipped  and delivered in the given time frame which was 3-4 weeks. Moreover, I've had to make a number of inquiries to get resolution, and I still don't know if they will honor their  latest promise to ship . Several of my online inquiries went unanswered.  I find this to be very poor customer service, and it makes me leary of ordering anything else from your company or recommending anyone else to do so.
