upon booking this trip in 2015 for the trip to be taken 4/2016 already paid by credit card, got confirmation & authorization numbers and paid $398 all paid 4/2015

Approximately 4/2015 I purchased a trip throug ToursRUS.net for $398. Iapplied this transaction to my credit card.

I was given a confirmation # and Authoriztion #. Now when I call both phone #'s (1-855-883-1865 & or 1-855-883-1867)

I get no answer. Now Iam out of a trip and money. Please let me know what will or is going on. Is their any chance for

retribution/refund.
