Town Cleaners Of Frederick severely damaged client clothing & refuses to compensate client very bad service and rude employees, not to trust ripoff FREDERICK Maryland

On july,18, 2006, I dropped off almost brand new and expensive clothes at town cleaners of frederick, in Maryland, and got them back in extremely bad conditions. The clothes were severely stained and no longer wearable.

I went back in to confront the cleaners' employees and was rudely told that my clothes were in very bad conditions when i dropped them off--which is not true because whenever clothes with stains are dropped off, they would make a note to indicate the clothes conditions.

I once spoke to the owner who told me to come back in to have my clothes cleaned again, but when I went in, an employee told me that he would not do it because the clothes are already so damaged that cleaning again would worsen the situation. I went in several times to meet with a supervisor, but no one with such authority was ever in.

I sent them a letter explaining the situation but never got a written response. Someone called me once and offered to reimburse the cleaning fees which I refused because of the price of my clothing that is about 20 times the cleaning fees.

It's been 6 months since, and no one ever returned my calls nor my letters. this is a very frustrating situation and never ever again will i do business with town cleaners. I need to be compensated for my clothing. Town cleaners should be penalized for its bad business, and i will make sure that people whom I know do not ever go there.
