I think is too much what this company is charging for disconnection fee letter, $15 plus they already charge penalty fees... Im giving them every week my recycle and they still charging me extra instead of giving me a discount for separating my recycle. They dont even send a disconnection notice to the house they just add the charge and thats it.

It must be something that it can be done to this companies that they just charge money to charge. thank you.
