 I have asked for my apartment to be sprayed for "BUGS" since June.  2 Other apartments in this complex have been sprayed since I requested my apt be sprayed.  The extermination company, employed by this complex, said that 4 apartments per month can be sprayed, no extra cost, but they never use it.

Environmental Health Dept. came, inspected and wrote the complex up for several violations in various apartments (Management would only let them in 1 vacant apartment when there are 3) and 2 violations in mine.   One (1) week later I was handed, by Ardell Briggs and Rebecca Ramos, a 24 hour notice to enter my apartment to "Spray" and bring me 3 electrical outlet covers.  I asked if I needed to do anything for the Bug Man and was told "No" by Ardell and Rebecca.

The "Bug" man came.  When he stepped inside, Bug man told me there was nothing he could do.  I was not told that I needed to clean EVERYTHING out of cupboards, drawers, counters.  "Make it like it was before you moved in."  Can't do that, I cleaned for 3 days before I could put things away, it was that dirty!! So, he gave me 5 Coach traps and left, and for the Safety violation for no electrical outlet covers, they NEVER BOTHERED.  Instead, I got an eviction notice.

Yes, instead of complying with Health and Safety Violations for cockroaches and no electrical outlet covers, DOUG LEVITT, JEAN LEVITT FAMILY TRUST, BEVERLY AND MICHAEL HAYWOOD, LARS ARDELL BRIGGS AND REBECCA RAMOS gave me an eviction notice!!  Fast forward 31 days from time of Environmental Health Dept. inspection.

Environmental Health came bake to check if things were completed.  NOT!!! LOL.  Once, I told BEVERLY HAYWOOD, that her harassment was illegal. BEVERLY HAYWOOD informed me that, "I don't care what the law says, around here I am the law."  At the time I only snickered to myself about Spagetti Westerns and BEVERLY HAYWOOD'S attitude about the law but, now I really think BEVERLY HAYWOOD believes that she is above the law.

On this inspection, I pointed out the things I did not disclose earlier.  I pointed out the HOLE in the bathroom door, the HOLE IN WALL near the wall heater, the HOLE IN WALL at the top of the stairs, the MOLD on the upstairs bathroom ceiling, and  the 4 missing outlet covers (Yes, now 4.  They did replace the window AC unit but got 1 with the wrong plug connection and had to call electrician to change the wall receptical. Electrician did not have the proper outlet cover and wrote the missing cover on the invoice and said management would bring me a new one.  I laughed and said I had been waiting 6 months for the missing ones upstairs.). 

When the inspector came, LARS ARDELL BRIGGS. asst manager & rental broker, came with her.  Inspector agreed that these are ALL health and safety violations that SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE I MOVED IN and with some supplies and an hours time, she could have all these things done and gave them another 14 days to complete.  ARDELL put on this concerned attitude in his voice and on his face like this was the first time he has heard of these "needed" repairs.  Took more pictures even though he already had copies of all these repairs, and made promises to "Get right on this"!  LOL  HAHAHAHAHA  LMAO!!! 

2 hours later, ARDELL and his "Handyman" came to see the "Needed Repairs" and said "Handy Man",  CARLOS GONZALEZ, would be back before 4pm to fix these items.  I waited until 5:30pm, before I left.  At about 6:00pm, when I was walking down the street, ARDELL BRIGGS drove by, pulled over, got out of his SUV and yelled [from across the street (how tacky is that?)] that CARLOS will be at my place at 8am the next morning (Thursday) to fix the repairs.  I got up early, waited all day. I waited until 5:30pm before I gave up and left. No apology, no phone call, just waited.  Today, Friday, CARLOS calls to see if he can come fix the things that he has already set 2 appointments and NO-SHOWED for both, cause he's on a tight schedule to get these things fixed. 

Of course he is on a tight schedule to get these things fixed, a family of 4 just moved into a 1 bedroom apt cause they were told my 2 bedroom apt will be available in October.  That's the 2nd couple, that live in this complex, that have been told that they can have my apartment in October.  I see a MAJOR problem with this!!  I'm still here!!!
