Towne Toyota ripoff Ledgewood New Jersey

I purchased two vehicles from towne toyota in order to get a good deal on the prius I wanted. the salesman john came back with a price $22,149 for the prius and $14,700 for the tacoma. Of course the sales manager brett kept saying he was losing $1000 on the truck deal.

That same day after signing for the vehicles I stopped at rt.22 toyota and got a $200 better price for the truck. ( so that was one lie ) they told me they would get my prius in a week. That was lie two. Brett said he was giving me great gift and prize as he called it. After stopping in, to get this gift, george forman grill, was treated with no respect, threatened by head sale's man who had to look for something to get me.

Nevertheless, Three weeks after they finally found my prius, called me in to pick it up. I forgot to bring in the original paperwork price I recieved when purchasing the tacoma. I was taken for $400 more when I found the original paperwork . I have it in his writing.

I asked for the free key as stated in coupon book given with purchase. They denyed me saying that wasn't for the smart key. Then they wanted to charge me $30 for the same key given to me free by the toyota dealer here by me in pennsylvania. I thought I would get a better deal in N.j. instead of pa. WOW was I wrong. I also know of someone who worked there as a salesman, who had left that job cuz he had integerity and for the dirty tricks they played.

I tried to write a letter to the Owner to express dissatisfaction, but don't know if it made it to her desk. My integerity was compromised for the negoiation of giving up the survey forms for this prize, present. Althought, I knew I would send in original feelings off the internet survey. forgive me for I have ADD but have other stories of the 8 or more visits to Towne Toyota
