I placed an order with toyglobe on 12-19-05 within their holiday shipping guidlines. On 12-20-05 I noticed they hadn't sent me any e-mails about my order being charged or getting procesed so I decided to cancel my order because I defintely needed by christmas for a gift. So they e-mailed me back saying that my order had been cancelled. SO on 12-21-05 I saw on my bank statement that they had charged my mastercard even though I had cancelled the order with them. I e-mailed them numerous times and Jade e-mailed me back saying that my order had been cancelled so i e-mailed her back saying that I understood that but I wanted to know if my mastercard had been charged back, well I kept on getting an auto response saying Jade was away from her desk at this moment. So then after this had went back and forth it was 12-23-05 and they would be closed for the holidays so I thought well now I will have to wait for anything to happen till they get back from the holiday break. But Bella e-mailed me saying as soon as the accounting department opened back from the holidays that they would issue me a refund on my card. I waited till 1-4-06 to give them enough time to be back and I e-mailed Bella and she did e-mail me back on 1-5-06 saying that the order hadn't came to the front office yet but that it would be there shortly and she would notify me by e-mail when a refund was given. Well I gave her till 1-6-06 around 1:30 to respond letting me know I had received my refund and I didn't hear anything so i e-mailed Bella telling her that she promised me yesterday that I would be refunded for the order I cancelled and that I hadn't heard anything yet and that I thought this was going on too long since they charged my mastercard for an order I cancelled with them. I also told her i work in customer service and if a client had cancelled an order we would have charged their card back right then and that I thought I have had enough patience and given them a fair amount of time to tend to this matter and if they didn't give me my refund and I didn't hear from Bella by Monday morning that i would contact my bank and get them involved well guess what I did contact my bank on Monday and they are involved in this matter now they are going to contact toyglobe about this matter for me now. I just wanted to let everyone know before they order from this company because they are very dishonest how can you never credit back somebody's credit card for an order they never received because it was cancelled. I wish I would have looked here and the better business buearu before I ordered but I was trying to hurry and receive items before Christmas. I was going to order first from cmd store but they were out of what I wanted so I thought since I have had excellent service with the cmd store and numerous other toy stores that I would be fine with toyglobe boy was I wrong I will from now on stick to cmd store.
