I feel it is my moral duty to warn others about this company. I also recently spent over $100.00 on Toyglobe for a prresent for this coming Xmas.It is a very hard to find item so I sent for it straight away when i found it on their site I paid and waited for the promised tracking number by email.
I posted an enquiry on the site asking about my delivery and asking for a tracking number as promised. I had no response until after the 3rd message I had sent using the online form.
Eventually I recieved a response and they apologised and said they would send a tracking number, tehy had posted it and I should recieved it in 14 days.Still no tracking number.I found a similar toy on Amazon and sentof another $100 and recieved it within 2 weeks no problem. Shame because it wasn't exactly the one I wanted.
I have contacted Toyglobe again, still no response. As I live in Europe, phoning them is not an option for me. After reading these articles after a Google search I have given up on the idea of ever getting the goods I paid for.

I have received my item at last!
Toyglobe needs to drastically improve it's customer service an communications in general. When your money is taken, and you get no response from the company after many enquiries, and then read these reports from dissatisfied customers, it is easy to come to the conclusion that you are also a victim.
I am glad to say that I am not and have received my item. Unfortunately as I heard nothing from the company, and as it was a present, to avoid disappointment Ii have already purchased another one elsewhere.
This could have been avoided if they had responded to all my emails, and told me the status of my order. Now I have spent $200 instead of $100.

I just recieved another response at last from Toyglobe in which they provided a tracking number.I will be waiting to see if I recieve my product now, but the chances now, with a tracking number seem to have improved. I blame their poor communication system and slow proccessing by Toyglobe for the disatisfaction and anger of their customers. When you have read so many other reports of not receiving goods it is easy to believe that you are another victim when they don't reply to your emails via their online form, promised tracking numbers are not provided within the period they promise, and the goods don't arrive. I was even forced to buy a similar item elsewhere which arived within 10 days of ordering it, with constant updates on my order in between from the company. This is the first positve communication I have received since I ordered at the end of August.I will reserve final judgement until it has arrived.
