I placed an order in April 2006 but I'd never got a comfirmation e-mail or order number, so I placed another order thinking I had done it wrong the first time. The second time I had received the order number (143566), but they had never said when it would be shipped out to me. After weeks of waiting for my item to arrive, I decided to contact them. By the time I was still expecting the order to arrive, I had received my credit card statement, and I'd been charged $65,12, when on their site it was calculated to be $22,50, also I had been charged the first day when I placed the order.

I contacted them about the higher price and asked to be charged $22,50 and the rest to be refunded, I also asked them to check if they've got the right address (which they didn't do). I got a reply from Bella Pozzi that my order was already shipped out to me, that she would contact their post office regarding the package (after I contacted mine). The next month, my credit card had not been refunded and I never received the package. I tried contacting them over and over again, but my e-mails kept being ignored. I still keep sending them and trying to get a refund, since $65,12 is a lot of money in my country, it is 1/3 of my salary actually.

DON'T COMPLAIN FOR THE WRONG REASON

AUTHOR: John - (Canada)

POSTED: Friday, September 15, 2006

If you did not receive your package I will make a call to the USPS and try to locate it for you. As for the shipping charges, it is clearly marked that you will be charged International rates all over the web page, including the email you received when you placed the order. I will get back to you as soon as I hear from the USPS.

*UPDATE ..iddn't ask for the same shipping price and didn't receive the package

AUTHOR: Acey - (Yugoslavia)

Hello John. First of all, I did not ask to be charged the same price that you charge for the U.S. and Canadian shipping. I order from Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk yet they don't charge me tripple the price. Second of all, I NEVER received the package, I didn't even receive the e-mail message from you confirming that the package had been sent out until I e-mail you and asked if it's been sent, so how can I actually know that you sent it?

You can't charge me for something I didn't get. I want a refund, I didn't receive my order, if it got lost it should have been returned to you by now. For starters, charge me for the price of the figurine only, and make a refund for shipping fees. And if I ever receive my order, you can then, charge me the full price. In case I don't receive it in the next 2 months (which is more than enough for it to arrive), make a full refund.

Andrea

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AUTHOR: John - (Canada)

POSTED: Sunday, September 10, 2006

Hello Andrea. How can we possibly give you a refund since you are in Serbia. The shipping rates and rules are clearly marked everywhere on our web page, and on your invoice, and on the emails you received. The shipping that the system shows you at first is for shipping in USA and Canada, and not for International packages. How do you expect to pay the same price for shipping?
