BACKGROUND: In May 2008, Toyota offered two incentives in the Denver Region:
1 - Customer Cash Back Incentive: Get $2000 cash back OR get 0% Financing for 60 months.
2 - Customer LOYALTY Incentive: Get $2000 cash back or 0% Financing for 60 months.
Now, one would THINK one gives up $2000 to get 0% financing. However, look at it this way:
Joe Snuffy, never with Toyota before, walks in off the street and has to give up $2000 to get 0% financing. I'm okay with that.
But when Ms Loyal Toyota Customer walks in off the street, she has to give up $4000 --- yes, both of them -- to get 0% financing. Excuse me?
If I chose to not go 0% financing, I could get all $4000. However, because I am a loyal Toyota Customer, I have to give up $4000 to get 0% financing.
And they call it a Customer Loyalty INCENTIVE?
Now, I don't think that Toyota meant it that way . . . I think that Toyota wrote it up the way they did for those Loyalty incentives offered in areas that didn't have another incentive. But instead, they DIS-incentivized loyal customers.
To add insult to injury -- try reporting to their "Customer Care" center! All they do is take a report. They research it to see if you were treated according to the policy of the day. If you were, they file the report. [so sayeth Jeff when I made the report # 200806030528]
Jeff says, "the report is there for anyone in corporate Toyota to access". WHAT!?!?!? to access? In other words, if anyone FEELS like looking, they might find it, but otherwise, it is not ELEVATEd.
Well, blankity-blank you, too, TOYOTA.

CONTACT YOUR BANK or FINANCE COMPANY or CREDIT UNION or TMCC and get ALL copies of your loan documents now!!! Yours could have been FORGED also!! Check for a WARRANTY too!! They might have sold one to you WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE!!!! They may have even FORGED YOUR SIGNATURE!!! THAT'S A CRIME, ISN'T IT?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It only PROVES a MASSIVE CONSPIRACY TO DE-FRAUD AMERICAN CONSUMERS OUT OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, in my opinion!!!!!
TOYOTA IS a corporation that is based on LIES, DECEPTION, MANIPULATION, FRAUD, GREED, CORRUPTION & the CONSTANT PURSUIT TO FINANCIALLY INJURE THE INNOCENT, including the ones representing their product, in my opinion!! The DEFECTIVE TOYOTA VEHICLES & their DEFECTIVE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF DIRECTORS all have SLUDGE in their engines & brains, wouldn't you agree?!!!!!!!!!!!
