toyota of hollywood, hollywood, fl sold me a new car with inferior after market parts and did not disclose at purchase and will not replace now that it has failed hollywood Florida

sold me a new car with nonstandard and non warrantied after market part (seller had removed toyota factory equipment and not disclosed to me that factory warranty was no longer valid). the part has since failed and also may be draining my battery. I am still well within my "comprehensive" 3yr, 36k mile factory warranty!

i am old and poor and a single female veteran and neither Toyota corporate nor TOH will offer a solution. I bought the car on price alone, but now wish i would've researched the many complaints and bad reviews prior to purchase.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  The gen manager who sold me the car will not return my phone calls or emails, neither will the Customer Relations Mgr Moses Perez, even after multiple requests by Toyota corporate customer service.

The simple and right solution would be to ship the factory touch screen to my local ethical dealer Earl Stewart to replace the inferior, faulty ADVENT system and cover all charges incurred. I bought a Toyota for reliabilty, boy what a mistake!!

 Because at some point the vehicle is YOUR responsibility! No matter what YOU THINK the outcome SHOULD be its YOUR issue and NOT THIERS! The ORIGINAL person who purchased the vehicle has the warrenty YOU wish to use to solve YOUR issue of spending money. If YOU did not take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic BEFORE you purchased it, then YOU only have yourself to blame. Trying to shift the costs and blame onto them truly only goes to show YOUR FAILURE as a consumer. And I use the word CON specifically in YOUR instance. YOU are trying to CON them into giving YOU your way. For someone who claims to be old, and a veteran YOU seem to lack in BASIC UNDERSTANDING of how a warrenty works. YOU have ripped yourself off by NOT PROTECTING YOUR INTERESTS! Then when its found that YOUR vehicle needs repairs, YOU go and WHINE on the web. Thankfully since YOU provide ZERO PROOF of ANY wrongdoing on thier part. YOU have FREELY given THEM the ammo THEY need to take YOU to court for PURE DEFAMATION! The entire web is NOT facebook! YOU think youre safe posting this from your home computer or phone/tablet, YOU are WRONG! With just some paperwork YOU can be found out. So before YOU go blasting a innocent company for YOUR issue make 100% you CYA! Take some responsibility for YOUR PROBLEM! Or if YOU wish to continue to slam THEM, make sure YOU provide PROOF! NOT what YOU THINK, but what the LAWS are in YOUR STATE! THAT is the only benchmark any legal force is going to look at.
