Toyota of Richarson Extended Warranty Rip-Off

I bought a used, low-mileage 1999 Accord, fully loaded from them last summer (2000). Once I got approval, and had to sign all of the paperwork, they sent me to the finance dept. mgr. He told me it was a requirement (by the finance co.) for me to have an extended warranty on the car.

Several day later, I got a phone call from a rep. from the finance co., thanking me for the purchase, and asking me if I was satisfied with the dealer. I told her about the extended warranty, and that it was not standard for finance co's to require it, and didn't believe it. She confirmed it was not a requirement of theirs.
