Attention All Toyota Owners: Contact the Bank or Credit Union or TMCC and get copies of ALL loan paperwork for your vehicle transaction! If you purchased or even leased your Toyota in the last SEVEN YEARS you may have an extended warranty that you DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT!!
What good is an extended warranty if you do not know about it? You may have signed paperwork that they did not tell you about. There may be paperwork that was submitted to the bank without YOUR signature also. If this is true, contact all of the News Stations in your city and also 9 News in Denver Colorado. Make sure to document everything and make copies. Physically mail it to all News Stations in your city. Remember, if ANY of your LOAN paperwork was FORGED by someone at the Dealership, you have Legal Rights!! Get copies of ALL the loan paperwork ASAP! Just think, an extended warranty that you didn't even know about could possibly pay for a potential Sludge Problem in your Toyota vehicle!!!
Also get a copy of the INVOICE that was submitted with your loan and make certain that the OPTIONS listed on the INVOICE match up with the options on YOUR vehicle. If they don't, then you were RIPPED OFF and so was the Bank!! You have legal rights to pursue a case against that Dealership! The people in the Dealerships who are TRICKING you are most likely TRICKING the Banks too! The Banks do not like to be tricked, neither do you! Take action now. No one else is going to do it for you. And just think, it might get you on T.V.

Even if you purchased a USED VEHICLE from a Toyota Dealership, get copies of ALL the loan paperwork! (no matter what make of used vehicle). Make sure to review the options that were put on the USED CAR SHEET that must accompany the loan paperwork and check to see if EVERYTHING matches the options on your vehicle. If your vehicle does not have a power sunroof but the used car sheet says that your car does have a sunroof then you AND the Bank were RIPPED OFF!
Consumers must band together and EXPOSE all of the problems in any way we can. Small ads in Newspapers directing consumers to this web site is one way. Place a small ad in your local Newspaper that says: GO TO ripoffreport.com and type in TOYOTA.( this is one good way). A magnetic sign for your car saying that same thing is another way. A demonstration in front of the Toyota Dealership with PICKET SIGNS is another way to spread the word. Leaving notes on every Toyota you see to go to ripoffreport.com is a good idea too.
Remember, the CEO of Toyota is in charge of a PUBLICLY HELD COMPANY that is listed on the NYSE. The Public has a right to know what is going on and the public should know if this CEO is doing HIS job! All CEO's sign paperwork when they begin their jobs too! They sign paperwork saying that they will be HONEST, LEGAL, ETHICAL, and MORAL, etc. So, guess what? THEY SIGNED IT TOO!!!! ( for all of you who say that the customer signed it!). CEO's, COO's, General Managers, General Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Finance Managers & even Salespeople sign that they will be HONEST, ETHICAL, etc. etc. Maybe THEY should re-read what THEY signed!!!!
