Toyota Motors consumer fraud ripoff Van Nuys California

I wrote about how the salesperson, finance person and customer service managers at Keyes Toyota colluded to intimidate us into writing checks for money we didn't have (they said they would "hold the check" as postdated checks on a contract are "illegal"), signing over a rebate to them ("but that's how we lower your payment ,...") buying a warranty ("it'll help you get financed").

Even corporate in Torrance played dumb, Monica from mr. Press's office said , "you know, we are not affiliated with the dealers".
