Tracy Dees Falsified Cancellation Date Phoenix Arizona

 Ordered supplements on March 21st 2017, 14 day trial ended on April 3rd 2017 and hadn't even received the product yet. I called to cancel, I was talked into giving it more and the trial would be extended (30 days) I was told May 4th 2017. Shame on me for not counting the days backwards. I took the customer reps word as it being the 4th. I called to cancel on May 4th and was told I was supposed to cancel by the the 3rd. I ask to listen to the recorded conversation from April 3rd but they cannot produce the recording.. The supervisor, Christina, stated she listened to the recording and I was told the 3rd. Bogus.....
