I payed whit a check $15,000 to tracy l.Williams in july 13 to start trucking business, but he didn't give any truck to work he promised to make$3000 a month for one truck, since 7 months ago he not refund the money to me. If you know anything about him let me know. I going to put fraud charges to him

can tell you he staying in sw west houston on forum park dr or the girl he is seeing does he been saying he got a big time up and coming trucking company but i never see him with any trucks he been wanting me to teach him how to find loads and get brokers on his good side but i told him i didnt have time for his dreaming
