Trade Rush faults live price aka delay in price Internet
If Trade Rush platform website was providing a good product and service. I would not be ask to talking to an account manager regarding trading advice. As the platform is not providing the service and product of what I paid.

you: I would like to file a complain about the accuracy of the website.

you: the showing price is delayed for 60 second

Tom: You can look it up by going to "my account" and selecting "investments history" and clicking on expired.
you: A TradeRush rep recommended on using this website to see the trade live in candlestick chart.
Tom: The rates on Netdania very slightly from those of Reuters, which is our live feed source.
you: which is not compatible with TradeRush nor any other live platform such as tc2000.com
Tom: All rate providers use slightly different algorithums to determine the rate of an asset.
Tom: That is why there my be a difference between the two rates.
you: That I agreed, which is back to my concern how can I predict the price using candlestick chart for every second which can be a win or a loss.
Tom: What trading tool are you using?
you: If I had this info on the delay of the price, I would have trade 30 minutes instead of 60 seconds.
Tom: I don't understand.you: trading 60 second is not as easy as it is advertise and plus, no tools can be used due to the delayed price.
Tom: Have you spoken to your account manager regarding trading advice?
you: no I have not
Tom: I will have your account manager contact you monday to discuss trading strategies with you.
you: I know there is risk, but if info is not accurate how can I trust TradeRush.
Tom: You will need to speak to your account manager regarding trading advice and stategies, when can I have him contact you on Monday?
you: Yes, thank you. Now, I know not to trade 60 second due to the in-accuracy.
Tom: Is there anything else I can help you with?
you: Which department head do I file a complain with ?
Tom: Your account manager, who will be contacting you on Monday.
you: Ok, thank you
Tom: He will be able to give you advice on trading and
Tom: will also explain in greater detail how and why the rates are different and also
Tom: trading strategies so that you will not loose money.
