We were trying to sell a Cub cadet tractor and had advertised in a local paper and also in the Want ad digest.  About five days later we received a call from a person claiming to be able to sell our tractor quickly, for a fee.  We agreed to make the deal with this company and then received another call from a second company to do the same thing.  We cancelled the contract with the first company because we could not find any information about them on line when we checked later that night.  We decided to go with the second company since they had a nice web site and they told us they had five people who were interested.  

They also assured us the people who would be buying from us had been preapproved for purchasing.  We paid them $395.00.   We called back a week later to see what was happening and they said that the people who were interested were having trouble getting approved.   We had not heard from them in several weeks when we received another call from them asking if we wanted to sign up for an auction which would expose our tractor to more buyers for a fee of another $400.00.  We declined that offer and have not heard from the again.   We want to warn anyone who is considering working with these people that they are just out for your money.  No services have been provided.
